Miles for Kyle, Sunday, October 23rd

While this is not a cycling event, it holds special meaning for several of us who know the Callahan and Butt family. Miles for Kyle, a 5K run/1Mi walk is named for 6-year-old Kyle Butt, diagnosed with pediatric epilepsy in 2005. Kyle underwent a specialized surgery still rare in pediatric patients that has helped to limit his seizures to just 2 in the past 4 years. Miles for Kyle, takes place Sunday, October 23rd, 10:00 am at Preston Beach, Swampscott, raising awareness for pediatric epilepsy surgery. Proceeds and contributions will be donated to the Pediatric Epilepsy Support Group of the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. For more info, please visit www.milesforkyle.com. Hope to see you on October 23rd!

Both boys have a football game, but Will doesn't need to be at the field until 12:30 SO WE BOTH PLAN TO WALK. (Will might run if someone joins him.) Chip's very sorry he can't participate.

Please join us if you can!!!!

Busy weekend -- planning to drop Chip off at football at 9:30 (game at 10:30) -- walk Myles for Kyle with Will -- and then scoot over to see the end of Chip's game. If anyone wants to join us, let me know!
