Happy New Year, 2011

Many thanks to Laurie and Av for the fabulous New Year's Day brunch gathering! It was great to see everyone, catch up on the latest news, and reminisce over good times and fun stories! (And of course laugh with our comedy duo, Sam and Bill Indresano. What a pair.)

Recipe for party meatballs
1 bag frozen swedish meatballs
1 jar chili sauce
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce.

Put all in a crockpot on high for a few hours and serve -- or put in a saucepan on the stove and cook over med-low heat. (Stir frequently so the sauce doesn't catch on the bottom of the pan.) Meatballs are done when they are no longer frozen and hot through to the center.

That's it! Easy!

Sam wants to know the cost, if you would be so kind - financial times has been somewhat difficult - and you mention swedish!! would Polish meatballs work as well -
PS Ed is quite a photographer - did he have the camera upside down to get Sam's feet??
