Thinking Ahead

2011 Ride Dates are trickling in.

Emmaus has announced that the annual Cycle for Shelter will take place on Sunday, July 24th in 2011. Potential cyclists are asked to drop Rachel an email at rachel@emmaus.org to get on the email list. Information about the ride will be sent out periodically.

Don't forget, Margie is heading up Team North Shore Cyclopaths for the Tour de Cure, May 22nd. (Contact Margie at mdetkin@comcast.net to join the team! Should be a lot of fun!

Also, next summer's Pan Mass Challenge takes place on one of the best dates of the summer.. August 6th (& 7th). Registration begins January 5th for Heavy Hitter, January 11th for Alumni, & January 18th the ride opens to all.

Good for you. And will you be riding with Me in the PMC this summer?!

Not ready to commit to another PMC just yet. 19 years for you! Wahoo!

Hey folks!

I will be volunteering day 1 of PMC this year, most likely with the road crew, and riding day 2 from Bourne to Wellesley.

The only other scheduled event of note that I have is Paris-Brest-Paris 1200k which is in August as well, hence the reason for not doing a two-day ride. A girl must rest up! Century rides are, of course, always welcome and will be part of training for the PBP.

Not sure about Tour de Cure just yet, I'll let you know though!

Uh, just noticed the Tour de Cure date. That's one day after my wedding! I tend to think that I will have to skip that one.

Maybe the Emmaus though!
