Profiles of the Week - Arlene Agree and Anne Cotellessa

ARLENE AGREE
Year you joined the Cyclopaths: 2005
Favorite ride on the North Shore: Any ride that I haven’t done much. I get bored riding the same roads.
Favorite Breakfast Spot: I like them all.
What bike do you ride?:Cannondale. I want a new bike!!!
Brief cycling background: I started biking about 12 years ago.
What was your worst day on the bike? The return on the Cohen Classic 2 years ago. The way there was wonderful—the way back, way too hot.
What is your favorite bike food?Sesame bagel with peanut butter.
Most likely to say: "Lets go further".
Why do you ride the MS150? My sister has had MS for about 15 years and has been in a wheelchair for 10. She lives in San Diego & I feel so helpless that I can’t do that much for her, but riding in the MS150 and raising money is one way I can help.

ANN COTELLESSA
Year you joined the Cyclopaths: 2007 (a newbie!)
Favorite ride on the North Shore: Plum Island, because it covers both wooded and ocean scenery.
Favorite Breakfast Spot: Being a newer member of the group, I'm still enjoying testing them out.
What bike do you ride? New bike this year! A Trek WSD Madone
Brief cycling background: I didn't own a road bike for years. After a knee injury several years ago, I rode it for rehab. Soon I had a new road bike and did a lot more riding!
Favorite day on the bike? There have been a lot of great days - can't think of one favorite.
What is your favorite bike food? Peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
Why do you ride the MS150? MS is a difficult disease to live with and I'm happy to help support patients, their families, and a search for a cure.

We're proud of our amazing MS150 riders! Way to go, ladies!
