Bike Shop News

Bruce fills us in on 2 new bike shops on the North Shore.

"Mark Bavineau, an EXTREMELY excellent mechanic and really nice guy, just opened Centraal Cycles in Downtown Beverly, between the YMCA and the church. It is a small, service-based shop selling Bianchi and Jamis Bicycles. Mark has wrenched for the cyclocrossworld.com team and USA Cycling's Junior Development Team and worked at several local shops. It is a nice little shop that is only going to grow and get even better, but for bicycle service there is none better.

Also, later this month, Bay Roads Bikes in Hamilton will be relocating to the plaza just north of Depot Diner, next to the New England Running store. As part of the new, larger shop, they will be changing their name to Pinnacle Bicycles. The new shop will offer almost double the floor space, a fitting area, and a wider display of inventory."
Thanks for the info, Bruce!
