Bay Road Bike's Pedal for Parkinson's

Just a reminder that the Second Annual BRB Pedal for Parkinson's ride is this Sunday, July 12. This is a minimally supported ride, (1 water stop on the long route and none on the short), with routes of 30 or 60 miles. Following the ride there is a BBQ and raffle. (Last year Brian B, won an autographed jersey!)

The ride starts and ends at Bay Road Bikes in Hamilton, MA and travels through Topsfield, Boxford, Ipswich, Essex, and other towns on the North Shore. The minimum donation is $50 and each rider gets 1 raffle ticket for every $50 raised. Contact Bruce at AirAtlnts@aol.com for more info

Thanks for posting the reminder Tam.

I just painted the route markings yesterday and while there is a little cionstruction in the Ipswich-Topsfield area, the rest of the route looks to be in good shape going up to Newburyport and back through Manchester-by-the-Sea.

I am looking forward to seeing some of you on SUnday.

Hi Bruce! I hope all is well. We are moving my father to MA this weekend so we won't be able to do the ride. Hope you have a great ride!

Sorry to hear you won't make it but I understand what you're dealing with.

If you want to contribute, you can go to www.davisphinneyfoundation.org and click on the "Get Involved" link in the upper right corner. Then click on "Support a Pledge Ride".

At that point you can either enter my name or one of my rides and donate on line.

Good luck with your Dad.
