Anne's Sesame Noodles

  • 1/4 c. tahini
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 2 T. cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 T. chili oil (or amount to taste, based upon how much heat you want)
  • 2 t. sesame oil
  • 1/2 c. green onions (scallions)
  • 16 oz. thin udon noodles, or any pasta like vermicelli, thin spaghetti
  • Combine the first 9 ingredients. Cook the pasta, chop the scallions. Lightly coat the pasta with the sauce, tossing gently. Sprinkle on the scallions & serve. Best warm or room temperature.
